Understanding Anxiety in Children and Teens (& What Parents Can Do To Help)
Monday 2nd February 2026
1pm - 2pm
Join Human Givens therapist Zanna St Quinton for a practical and compassionate session on understanding anxiety in children and teens. Learn why anxiety is rising, how it shows up in different ages, and simple, effective strategies parents can use at home. Ideal for parents who want to feel more confident, calm, and informed. Anxiety in children and young people is more common than ever—and it can leave parents feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or worried about how best to help.
This is a free, donation-based event. However, spaces are limited and highly valued. A £25 fee per person will be charged in the event of non-attendance without prior notice.
Swap Shop
Bring a bag of clothes and bric-a-brac to swap for other items. Don’t have anything to donate this time? Please still come with an empty bag to fill and just bring a donation to a future swap shop.
Maximum 2 bags per person.
Please be aware the ethos of this event is to exchange unwanted items with items you will use in the spirit of reducing waste and helping our community.
Unfortunately we are aware of instances of high value items being sold on immediately after the event for profit.
If you are found to be doing this you will be refused entry from further events.
