Mum & Movers
Friday @ 10am
Cost per session - £4.20

This class is designed especially for mums with children which are on the move.
Because we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with having a mobile baby, an additional adult will be present for the duration of this class to help manage and engage with the many crawlers in the room.
We will also focus on some of the ever-changing challenges you are contending with as your baby grows, like increased strength requirements, stress-reduction, good core and pelvic floor co-ordination and fundamentally, building a body and mind that can withstand the stresses of every day life.
It can be so hard to take care of yourself after you have a baby, even though that’s when you need it the most. This is an opportunity to take some time for yourself (without the need to find childcare), and meet with other local mums.
No previous experience required & crawling babies welcome, however you're also more than welcome to come baby-free!
Although this class is designed with you in mind, it's also intended to be a shared experience for you and your baby. Babies are free to explore the toys and facilities in the room, while engaging with you as much or as little as they please.
We will provide all the equipment needed, so there’s no need to try and squeeze a yoga mat under the pushchair.

Mum & Baby Yoga
Friday @ 11.30am
Cost per session - £5.50

Having a baby takes a huge toll on both your physical & mental well-being - this yoga class for mums is designed with these stresses in mind. We’ll do feel-good stretches your body craves, & target some of those postpartum niggles like reconnecting with your pelvic floor. There will also be time for some much needed relaxation.
It can be so hard to take care of yourself after you have a baby, even though that’s when you need it the most. This is an opportunity to take some time for yourself, and to meet other local mums.
No previous experience required & pre-crawling babies welcome. We encourage you to bring along any toys or blankets that will make your baby feel comfortable.
This will be a very relaxed class, so you can feed baby whenever you need & do what you need to to keep them happy.
We will provide all the equipment needed, so there’s no need to try and squeeze a yoga mat under the pushchair.
It’s recommended to wait until you are around 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a caesarean before attending this class.
