Yoga with Sally
Pregnancy Yoga
The pregnancy yoga classes will be on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm til 8pm at Wigod Way Family Centre.
£5 per class.
I will be covering yoga practices and information geared to prepare you for the birth of your baby. You will become very familiar with breathing techniques and optimal positions for labour so that when the big day comes you will instinctively know what to do.
You will need to bring a mat, yoga blocks [I have some spares] and a blanket/pillow. The dress code is super casual -pj s are acceptable!
Mum and new baby classes will take place on Mondays 13.15 to 14.45, at Wigod Way family centre Wallingford.
We will be doing some gentle restorative yoga to help bring your body back to its former self!
The babies will remain our focus too with space to attend to their needs. I will share my knowledge of all things baby related and help you grow in your confidence as a new mum.
Please email to reserve a space or ask any questions on sallygodwin52@gmail.com

Mum & Baby Yoga
Friday @ 10am
Cost per session - £4.20
Having a baby takes a huge toll on both your physical & mental well-being - this yoga class for mums is designed with these stresses in mind. We’ll do feel-good stretches your body craves, & target some of those postpartum niggles like reconnecting with your pelvic floor. There will also be time for some much needed relaxation.
It can be so hard to take care of yourself after you have a baby, even though that’s when you need it the most. This is an opportunity to take some time for yourself, and to meet other local mums.
No previous experience required & pre-crawling babies welcome. We encourage you to bring along any toys or blankets that will make your baby feel comfortable.
This will be a very relaxed class, so you can feed baby whenever you need & do what you need to to keep them happy.
We will provide all the equipment needed, so there’s no need to try and squeeze a yoga mat under the pushchair.
It’s recommended to wait until you are around 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a caesarean before attending this class.
